Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about LLMFeeds, verification, and certification.
What is LLMCA?
LLMCA stands for Large Language Model Certification Authority. It issues cryptographic certifications for `.llmfeed.json` files that comply with the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
What is a `.llmfeed.json` file?
It is a structured JSON file that provides machine-readable context to LLMs. It can describe metadata, intent, trust level, and more. MCP-compliant feeds can be verified and certified.
What does certification mean?
Certification means the feed was reviewed by LLMCA, signed using our authority key, and confirmed to follow trust and structure standards. This improves its trustworthiness for LLMs and agents.
How can I verify a feed?
Use the /verify page to upload or link a feed. You will see the signature and trust status immediately.
How do I get certified?
Go to /certify and submit your feed with a valid email. Our team will manually review and respond.
Is it free?
Yes. Manual certification is free at launch and supported by the open-source ecosystem.
